特徴

• Human PF4 a 7.8kD protein consisting of 476 amino acid residues. PF4 is a member of the CXC chemocinfamily. Human PF4 is used for the proof of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. Furthermore it is used as an inhibitor in the angiogenesis during tumor therapy.
• AA Sequence:The sequence of the first four N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Glu-Ala-Glu-Glu.
• Acivity Control:Binding of HIT-antibodies
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O to ≥0.1mg/ml. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
