特徴

• Paraoxonase 1, also called Esterase-A, is involved in the detoxification of organophosphate insecticides such as parathion. Paraoxonase 1 may also confer protection against coronary artery disease by destroying proinflammatory oxidized lipids present in oxidized low-density lipoproteins (LDLs).
• Recombinant Human Paraoxonase-1 is expressed in E. coli having a molecular weight of 42.9kD and fused to an N-terminal hexahistidine tag. The biological activity of this product has not yet been tested.

• Applications:Suitable to be used directly as a positive control in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and other immunological experiments. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
