特徴

• An activating Killer Cell Ig-like Receptor(KIR, previously called p50 KIR, p50.3, cl39, or KAR-K1), which may recognize class I MHC molecules. Recombinant KIR2DS4 produced in E.Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing amino acids 1-202 and having a molecular mass of 22.2kD.
