• Recombinant HA- H7N7 Netherlands 219/03 is glycosylated with N-linked sugars, produced using baculovirus vectors in insect cells and its Mw is 57,500 dalton.
• Dimers and Aggregates:Less than 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
• Endotoxin:≤ 0.1ng/ug (IEU/ug) of Recombinant HA.
• Stability:rHA although stable at 15°C for 2 weeks, should be stored at 4°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please do not freeze.
