特徴

• E.coli derived recombinant. The protein contains the C-terminal immunodominant regions from ORF65 (aa140-170) and N-terminal regions from ORF8 (aa32-62).
• Immunoreactive with serum of HSV-8 infected individuals.
• Applications:Suitable for use as an antigen in ELISA and Western Blot. excellent antigen for detection of HSV with minimal specificity problems. Other applications not tested.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
