• E.coli derived recombinant from HCV subtype 2c. The protein contains the full-length HCV NS3 (c33c) immunodominant region.
• Specificity:Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals, including sera with antibodies to NS3 secondary domains.
• Application:Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
• Storage:Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C.
• Stability:Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.
