特徴

• Ephrins are the ligands which bind to the Eph receptor subfamily, the largest group of the receptor tyrosine kinase family. Both ephrins and Eph receptors are broadly expressed through the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm of vertebrate embryos. Two classes of ephrins exist: Class A ephrins are tethered to the membrane by a GPI linkage and bind primarily to EphA receptors; Class B ephrins contain a membrane-spanning region and bind predominantly to EphB receptors.
• EFNB1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 231 amino acids (28-237) and having a molecular mass of 25.3kD
• The EFNB1 is fused to a 21aa His-Tag at the N-terminus
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Inhibition Assays and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
