特徴
- E.coli derived recombinant. The protein contains Chlamydia Trachomatis HSP70 protein epitopes (549-660aa).
- Specificity:Immunoreactive with sera of Chlamydia Trachomatis infected individuals.
- Application:Suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
- Storage:Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C.
- Stability:Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.
