特徴

• CD2 interacts with lymphocyte function-associated antigen CD58 (LFA-3) and CD48/BCM1 to mediate adhesion between T-cells and other cell types. CD2 is implicated in the triggering of T-cells, the cytoplasmic domain is implicated in the signaling function.
• Product Description:E. coli-expressed recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 25-209 of human CD2, containing a GST tag. On SDS-PAGE Commassie Blue-stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 46kD.
• Storage and Stability:Store at -20°C or lower. Stable for 12 months at -20°C or lower. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
