• Bcl-2 Des BH4 domain (10-30 residues) Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 197 amino acids 1-9 and 31-218
• The Bcl-2 is expressed as His-Tag fusion protein.
• Applications:Suitable for use as Input marker or positive control (Western Blot) and Function study (binding assay). Other applications not tested.
• Storage and Stability:
• Store powder dessicated at -20ºC. Liquid can be stored at 4ºC for 2-7 days, long term at -20ºC. For long term it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Aliquot to prevent repeated freeze-thaw cycles
