Reconstitution:The collagen may be reconstituted by re-suspending in 500mM acetic acid. The collagen may be transferred into physiological buffers by dialysis at 2-8°C.
Storage and Stability:Purified collagen may be stored at 2-8°C for several months without appreciable loss of activity. For long-term storage, the purified collagen may be aliquoted and stored at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
