Reconstitution:The collagen may be reconstituted by adding 500mM Acetic Acid. The collagen may be transferred into physiological buffers by dialysis at 2-8°C.
Storage and Stability:Purified collagen may be stored at 4°C for several months without appreciable loss of activity. For long-term storage, the purified collagen may be aliquoted and stored at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
