Biological Activity:ED50 range = 1.0-5.0ng/ml (Specific activity: 1.0x10e6 - 2.0x10e5units/mg) determined by the dose-dependent secretion of Interferon gamma by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells. The optimal concentration for each specific application should be determined by an initial dose-response assay.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
