Activity:The biological activity was determined by measuring dose-dependent chemotaxis with a total murine T cell population. A concentration range of 10-100ng/ml produced significant chemotaxis. 6 Ckine is a CC chemokine that is constitutively expressed in lymphoid tissue. 6 Ckine inhibits hemopoiesis and is chemotactic with thymocytes and activated T cells in vitro.
