Intended Applications: The cocktails in this kit are intended for the inhibition of cellular Serine/Threonine protein phosphatases, Tyrosine phosphastases, acid and alkaline phosphatases.

Instructions for Use: Use generally to inhibit Serine/Threonine protein phosphatases and L-Isozymes of alkaline phosphatases. One ml of cocktail solution is used to prepare 100ml of supernatant that contains a maximum of 500mg of protein. Therefore, 1ml of cocktail should be added per 500mg of protein extracted from tissue, or 1ml of cocktail solution per 100ml of extraction buffer. See picture 1.
