Applications:Peptide Inhibition Assay: Pre-incubation of 1mg/ml anti-ER b (Catalog #E3565-16E) with either 1, 5 or 10mM of this peptide reduced detection of ER b in RIPA lysates of LNCap cells in an immunoblot assay.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
