Positive Control (Included):J9000 Jurkat Cell Lysate. 1x100ul Supplied as a liquid in modified RIPA buffer diluted with non-reducing sample buffer. Concentration: 1mg/mlAdd 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Antibody aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
