Biological Activity:This protein binds to human T-cell receptor CD4 in ELISA and Western Blot as determined by CD4/gp120/Anti gp120 mAb-peroxidase capture ELISA.
Specificity:This protein binds to murine monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity and HIV-1 converted human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western Blot.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
