Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, CD4 binding and Cell activaton. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA:10-100ngWestern Blot:10-100ng(Human serum polyclonal antibodies yield titers of 1:1000 or greater at 10-100ng of immobilized protein under standard ELISA conditions.)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Specificity:This protein binds to murine monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity and HIV-1 converted human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western Blot.
Biological Activity:This protein binds to human T-cell receptor CD4 as determined by CD4/gp120/Anti gp120 mAb-peroxidase capture ELISA.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
