• Recommended Dilution:Direct Immunoflouorescence: 1:50Dot Blot: ≥ 1:100 using purified anti-gp120 monoclonal or rabbit polyclonal antibodies
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
