Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-myoglobin monoclonal antibodies (several monoclonal antibodies specific to the N-,C-terminal and central parts of myoglobin molecule) with BrCN-activated Sepharose CL 4B.
Analysis:According to ELISA testing Myoglobin free serum does not contain more than 0.1ng/ml of human myoglobin.
Applications:Suitable for use for preparation of human myoglobin standards and calibrators. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt.
