特徴

• Urokinase (UK) is a serine protease, which is one of biological plasminogen activators. It is involved in a number of biological functions including fibrinolysis, embryogenesis, cell migration, tissue remodeling, ovulation, and wound healing. It can be obtained from human urine or kidney cell culture. UK is a two-chain glycoprotein containing 411 amino acids with 12 dissulfide bonds. Its molecular weight is 54kD.
• Specific Activity:>68,000IU/mg
• Activity:1nM UK will cause a change in absorbance of 0.001 at 405nm in 1 minute at RT in 100ul 0.05M Tris-HCl, 0.1M sodium chloride, pH 7.4, using S2444 as the substrate.
• Contaminants:Free of: Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis C antibody and HIV I and II.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
