特徴

• Cardiac troponin C belongs to the EF-hand superfamily of calcium-binding proteins and plays an essential role in the regulation of muscle contraction and relaxation.
• Recombinant Human TNC is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 18kD expressed in E.. coli.
• Dimers and Aggregates:≤ 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
• Protein Content:Protein quantitation was carried out by:0.25-5.0mg/ml Bradford assay vs. BSA
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
