特徴

• Recombinant Human Tissue Plasminogen Activator produced in Chinese Hamster Ovary Cells (CHO) is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 527 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 59008.71 Dalton. Human TPA is a serine protease enzyme that converts plasminogen to plasmin.
• Sequence:The sequence of the first six N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Ser-Tyr-Gln-Val-Ile-Cys.
• Enzymatic Activity:Human TPA is fully biologically active when compared to World Health Organization (WHO) reference standard which is 5.8x10e5 IU/mg.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile dH2O, 0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
