特徴

• Nafarelin acetate is a synthetic analog of the naturally occurring gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). Nafarelin stimulates the release of the pituitary gonadotropins, LH and FSH, resulting in a temporary increase of ovarian steroidogenesis.
• Nafarelin is a decapeptide containing 9 amino acids Glu-His-Trp-Ser-Ala-Leu-Arg-Pro Nafarelin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
