特徴

• Malate Dehydrogenase is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of (S)-malate and NAD+ to oxaloacetate and NADH. The DNA encoding MDH was cloned from cDNA library of chicken heart.
• Unit Definition:One unit is defined as 1umol of NAD+ production per minute under the assay conditions (25°C, pH 7.5).
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
