特徴
- LA/SS-B (SS-B Antigen) is a cytoplasmic or nuclear ribonucleoproteins carrying LA determinant. SS-B/La is a nuclear protein of 48kD with two structural domains of Mr 28,000 and Mr 23,000 generated by proteolytic cleavage.The human La (SS-B) autoantigen is an abundantly expressed putative RNA chaperone, functioning in various intracellular processes involving RNA.
- Recombinant Human LA/SS-B is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 47.6kD.
- Dimers and Aggregates:≤ 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
- Endotoxin:≤ 0.1ng/ug (IEU/ug) of LA/SS-B
- Protein Content:Protein quantitation was carried out by using:0.25-2.0mg/ml Bradford assay vs. BSA
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
