特徴

• Recombinant SAPK1/JNK2 (stress-activated protein kinase/c-jun kinase) is a non-glycosilated polypeptide having a molecular mass of 49.5kD.
• Dimers and Aggregates:≤ 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
• Unit Definition:1 U = 1 pmol/min transferred to c-jun (1-169) at 30ºC
• Biological Activity:Specific activity > 300 U/mg. Autophosphorylation < 5%.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
