特徴

• Influenza A was harvested from Allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs, inoculated with influenza strain A/New Caledonia/20/99 IVR 116.
• Applications:Suitable for use in serological studies of Influenza A virus, immunogen for antibody production.
• Immunological activity:Has been tested with anti-influenza A monoclonal antibodies in ELISA.
• Inactivation:Thimerosal and beta propiolactone treatment
• Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
