特徴

• The protein contains the full-length sequence of HIV-I core and envelope proteins: Core protein p17 (Matrix protein), Core protein p24 (Core antigen) fused with membrane glycoprotein (gp120) and Transmembrane glycoprotein (gp41).
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Excellent for detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Specificity:Immunoreactive with all sera of HIV-I infected individuals.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
