特徴

• Recombinant corresponding the full-length sequence of N-terminal epitope of the immunodominant regions HIV-I glycoprotein gp41L, aa466-753 (b-galactosidase, 114kD).
• Immunoreactive with all sera of HIV-I infected individuals.
• Applications:Suitable for use as antigen in ELISA and Western Blot, excellent antigen for early detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems. Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
