特徴

• Artificial mosaic polypeptide composite constructed from diagnostically relevant antigenic regions derived from the NS4 region of different HCV genotypes. The protein contains the fragments of the NS4 immunodominant region: (1691-1710), (1712-1733), (1921-1940).
• Specificity:Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals.
• Applications:Recombinant HCV NS4 Antigen may be used in ELISA and Western Blot, excellent for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
