特徴

• Artificial mosaic polypeptide composite constructed from diagnostically relevant antigenic regions derived from the NS4 region of different HCV genotypes. The protein contains the fragments of the NS4 immunodominant region: (1691-1710), (1712-1733), (1921-1940).
• Applications:Suitable use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
• Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
