特徴

• Recombinant full-length H1N1 A/New Caledonia/20/99 (MW 72kD) is glycosylated with N-linked sugars and produced using baculovirus vectors in insect cells. The insect cells were infected with A9440.1a, recombinant baculovirus expressing recombinant H1N1 A/New Caledonia/20/99. H1N1 New Caledonia shows 90% similarity to the A/PR/8/34 amino acid sequence. (Accession #DQ508857)
• Applications:Suitable for use in a Lateral Flow Assay and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
