特徴

• Recombinant Human GH-20K is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 177 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 20322 Dalton.
• Sequence:The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Ala-Phe-Pro-Thr-Ile.
• Protein Content:Protein quantitation was carried out by two independent methods: 1. UV spectroscopy at 280nm using the absorbency value of 0.735 as the extinction coefficient for a 0.1% (1mg/ml) solution. This value is calculated by the PC GENE computer analysis program of protein sequences (IntelliGenetics). 2. Analysis by RP-HPLC, using a calibrated solution of GH-20K as a Reference Standard.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with 0.4% NaHCO3. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
