特徴
- Bivalirudin is a specific and reversible direct thrombin inhibitor. Bivalirudin is indicated for use as an anticoagulant in patients with unstable angina undergoing percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.
- Human Bivalirudin is a synthetic 20 amino acid peptide. MW: 2180 Daltons
- Sequence (linear):Phe-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly- Asp-Gly-Asp-Phe-Glu-Glu-Ile- Pro-Glu-Glu-Tyr-Leu
- Dimers and Aggregates:≤ 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
- Protein Content:Protein quantitation was carried out by two independent methods:1. UV spectroscopy at 280nm. 2. Analysis by RP-HPLC.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
