Human Fetuin-A ELISA is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human Fetuin-A protein in serum. It is intended for in vitro research use only.

Sensitivity:Limit of Detection (LOD), defined as concentration of analyte giving absorbance higher than mean absorbance of blank* plus three standard deviations of the absorbance of the blank: Ablank + 3xSDblank, is calculated from real fetuin-A values in wells is 0.35ng/ml. *Dilution buffer is pipetted into blank wells.
Specificity:Highly specific for human Fetuin-A protein. Crossreactivity was observed with monkey. No crossreactivity with serum of other animal species (bovine, feline, canine, hamster, goat, equine, mouse, porcine, rabbit, rat, sheep) has been observed.
Storage and Stability:Store at 4°C. Stable for 6 months at 4°C. *Note: Store F4102-01C at 4°C as a lyophilized powder. Upon reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C. Stable for 6 months at -20ºC.
