The 14kD subunit of human RPA was cloned from HeLa cell cDNA library. The RPA3 gene has a 692bp sequence with an open reading frame encoding a protein of 121 amino acids. The deduced amino acid sequence demonstrates limited similiarity to the small subunit of yeast RPA from a HeLa cell cDNA library.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and MS. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
