Brn3a (transcription factor 1 (brain specific homeobox/POU domain protein 3A) POU4F1, POU domain, class 4, RDC-1) is a transcription factor specifically expressed in cells of the developing mammalian nervous system. Peptide is conjuagted to BSA for antibody production.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1,000, Frozen sections. Not tested for paraffin.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
