Applications:Suitable for use as a standard for Western Blotting. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:For Western blots using enhanced chemiluminescence load 2-5ul of prepared standard directly from vial. No dilution is necessary. For blots using less sensitive substrates such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel.
Storage and Stability:Stable indefinitely at -70°C and for at least one year at -20°C.
