Applications:Suitable for use as a standard for Western blots. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:For blots using enhanced chemiluminescence, load 5-10ul of prepared standard directly from vial. No dilution necessary. For blots using less sensitive substrates, such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel.
Storage and Stability:Stable indefinitely at -70°C.
