Applications:Suitable for use as a standard for Western blots using enhanced chemiluminescence. For blots using less sensitive substrates, such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Load 2-5ul of prepared standard directly from vial. No dilution is necessary.
Packaging:Packaged as 1ug per vial of protein prepared in sample buffer.
Storage and Stability:Stable indefinitely at -70°C and for 1 year at -20°C.
