Applications:Suitable for use as a standard for Western blots. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Load 2-5ul of prepared standard directly from vial if using enhanced chemiluminescence. No dilution is necessary. For blots using less-sensitive substrates, such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel.
Storage and Stability:Stable indefinitely at -70°C and for ≥1 year at -20°C.
