Microsomes from male Sprague Dawley rats treated with 3-Methylcholanthrene which induces high levels of cytochrome P450 1A1 and 1A2.
Microsomes from normal Sprague Dawley rats, as well as rats that have been treated with a number of xenobiotic agents that have been reported to induce the expression of specific xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes are also available (See M3893-32, M3893-30, M3893-31 and M3893-38).
