Applications:Suitable for use as a standard for western blots using alkaline phosphatase or enhanced chemiluminescence. Other applications not tested.
For western blots using alkaline phosphatase, load 3ul of prepared standard directly from the vial. Decreased amount of protein should be loaded on the gel for using enhanced chemiluminescence.
Expressed in baculoviral insect expression system.
Stability:Stable indefinitely at -70°C. for at least one year at -20°C.
