Applications:Suitable for use in Immunopreciptiation. Other applications have not been tested.
Quality Control Testing:Immunoprecipitation: 60ul precipitated immuno-complexes between a biotinylated monoclonal phosphotyrosine antibody and tyrosine phosphorylated proteins from a RIPA lysate prepared from EGF-stimulated A431 cells.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Form：Supplied as a liquid suspension, packed beads containing ~1.2mg/ml streptavidin conjugated to Sepharose 4B; provided as a 50% bead slurry in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide for a total volume of 20ml. Wash the beads in an appropriate buffer to remove azide prior to use.
