特徴

• E. coli-derived recombinant protein that composes all of the reported immunogenic determinants found in gp41 and a small portion of gp120. The gene encoding this fusion protein was synthesized using codons optimized for E. coli expression and doesn’t represent a linear HIV-I envelope sequence. HIV-1 env, Recombinant is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain, having a molecular mass of 27.3kDand pl=9.68.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blots, excellent antigen for early detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
