Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blotting as a blocking peptide for cat# P1003-08A and P1003-08B antibodies. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blotting: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
