Control Peptide for G3900-60A (antiserum) and G3900-60D (affinity purified)
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Not suitable for use in Western Blot due to low molecular weight. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: Coat plates at 1ug/mlAntibody Blocking: 5-10ug per 1ug of G3900-60D or 1ul of G3900-60AOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
