Mouse Connexin 50 is a 440 aa gap junction protein with a predicted MW. Of ~50kD. It is prominently expressed in lens. A 13 amino acid peptide sequence within the 2nd cytoplasmic domain (between 2nd and 3rd transmembrane domain) of Mouse Cx50.
